In the Provencal village of Nans-les-Pins, a short distance from famous cities such as Marseille, Aix-en-Provence en Toulon, villa La Colline is located in an area recognized by Unesco as a natural monument. Here you can enjoy all seasons of this beautiful region at the foot of the Sainte Baume . mountain massif.

The villa is located in villa park Hameau du Golf. A quiet, green spot with 30 villa’s, without special holiday facilities such as catering, animation or playground, but with comfort, swimming pool, peace and privacy. Where you can dine extensively on your terrace during long warm summer evenings or read a stack of books in the beautiful garden, enjoying a glass of delicious rosé from one of the many neighboring wine domains.

The villa park owes its name to the 18-hole golf course, a few minutes away. A unique job, refined, integrated into the natural environment. Fantastic views and many height differences offer a unique experience to golfers of all levels.

SURROUNDINGS

Rural views with forest, hills and vineyards characterize the area. You will find nice hiking spots and challenging cycling routes. You can also make all kinds of trips in the area: delicious dining at excellent restaurants, wine tasting at the numerous domaines, strolling over regional markets, to the beach (only 35 minutes by car), canoe trips and much more. In summer there are traditional village festivals nearby, often with fair.

SEMI-DETACHED, TASTEFULLY FURNISHED VILLA WITH LOTS OF PRIVACY AND SECLUDED PRIVATE POOL

Layout:

Living room with sitting- and dining area, wood stove, separate TV room (Dutch and French channels) and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave / oven combination, large fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There is more than enough crockery and cutlery. A second refrigerator with a large freezer compartment is located in the utility room, as well as a washer and dryer.

On the ground floor a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Via the open staircase you reach the first floor: the void with work corner (internet connection/free WiFi) and two bedrooms. One with a large double bed and the other with bunk beds for 2 children. Second bathroom with sink, bath and toilet.

The garden faces south/south-west and is accessible from the living room through the four patio doors. The large dining table on the terrace offers a beautiful view, especially at sunset. Two deckchairs for sunny moments and a lounge set in the shade of the mulberry tree. From the terrace you reach the lower private swimming pool (location south) with sun loungers and parasols all around. The pool is 8 x 4 meter and is purified on the basis of salt. The roller deck offers safety in accordance with the requirements of French legislation and as an extra security, the swimming pool can be closed off from the garden by means of a gate.

In for- In the late season the house can be heated with electric radiators and the wood stove.
